Motorsweden, part of North European Trust AB, is growing and is now looking for an Operational Team Leader for its warehouse in Åstorp. Here, you will become part of a small and cohesive team of approximately four people.

The role is highly operational, where you are responsible for and lead the daily work at the warehouse. You are out in the operations every day, ensuring that the work flows efficiently and that resources are used optimally, while also being ready to jump in and help wherever needed.

Although the role has a strong operational focus on executing daily tasks efficiently, it is important that you see the big picture, plan ahead, and work long-term. By monitoring statistics, identifying deviations, and understanding how the various systems interact, you contribute to developing and creating a better flow for the entire operation, handling issues before they arise.

You work closely with the Warehouse Manager, to whom you also report.

To succeed in this role, you need the ability to think long-term and see the consequences of decisions. You are not satisfied with merely identifying a fault; you want to understand why the error occurred to prevent it in the future.

• Standard operational warehouse work.
• Lead, distribute, and prioritize work at the warehouse.

Since this role is largely operational, it is important that you enjoy practical work. We see that you are humble and ready to jump in where needed. You are a natural leader who can look up, think long-term, and understand what is best for the business as a whole. To do this, you must be able to read statistics and key figures, as well as understand the connections between the different departments (warehouse, customer service, workshop, and purchasing) and the work in the various systems.

Furthermore, we see you as a proactive leader who is solution-oriented. You want to develop both yourself and the business, and you dare to question and offer improvement suggestions. Since the role involves multiple contact points, both with employees at the warehouse and other departments, we also look for strong collaboration skills.

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience in operational leadership.
• Good system understanding.
• Understanding of numbers, statistics, and key figures.
• You can express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English.

• Knowledge and practical experience working with vehicles.
